Keller Williams® Realty was founded in Austin, Texas in 1983 with the specific premise that buyers and sellers deserve the best service for their real estate needs. For more than 25 years that founding premise has been a major factor in the continued growth of Keller Williams® across North America. Two visionaries lead Keller Williams® Realty – Gary Keller, founder and Chairman of the Board, and Mo Anderson, Chief Executive Officer. Because each Keller Williams® Market Center has grown within its respective community, Keller Williams® real estate agents have intimate knowledge of each community’s character, mood, and growth potential. Due to the fact that the majority of Keller Williams® Associates live in the communities and neighborhoods they serve, they are eager and capable of tackling unique challenges that families encounter when selecting new homes. Born in Dublin - Ireland, a thoroughbred Irishman. With his 13 year background in Architecture he has been trained by the best and brought valuable experience to Keller Williams Realty. Eventually, Anaheim, California became home. Keller Williams Realty was a catalyst for Patrick's entry into the Real Estate world. With outstanding customer service, Patrick has that ability of doing whatever it takes to get it done. Patrick possesses superior organizational skills, marketing experience, a “can do - will do” attitude and a very distinct personality. Patrick brings honesty, reliability and professionalism combined with a great sense of humor to each and all clients.

As an EcoBroker® Patrick offers a new vision in Orange County, Energy efficient homes but more so “Affordable Energy Efficient Homes.” With his knowledge and resources he has helped many a buyer and seller through the energy efficient process.
