Home Buyers - Looking for a home and keeping track of the properties should be the easy part.
I offer an excellent tool for my clients that makes the home process really simple. For each of my clients I setup a Personalized Website just for listings. Only properties that meet your criteria will be there. There is absolutely no charge for this. It is simply a service I offer to make the Home Buying process simpler. Even if you are not sure about whether or not you are ready to buy, this tool is still useful for you. You should be taking this time to become more knowledgable about the areas you are interested in.
One of the best new features is that you can see all of the available pictures on a property instead of just one. Many times there are up to 24 pictures and often virtual tours are available. The new system will update when new listings come on the market or if any changes happen such as price reductions.
It is a personalized site for you to keep track of the properties for sale. There are categories for you to move properties to 'Favorites', 'Possibilities', and 'Rejects'. You can add notes for yourself and I can add notes for you too. You can email me from the system if you need more information on any listing. You can map one property or multiple. This is one place where you can centrally keep track of all the properties you are interested in. I will setup search criteria for you, so if anything new comes on the market that meets your specifications, it will be added to your website. You will automatically be notified of this.
